FAQs
Find out the answers to our most frequently asked questions:
1. Where are the centres?
Our activity centres are The Stables near Bromsgrove and Clifton Road on the edge of Sutton park. We also have camping at Burcot near Bromsgrove and a rustic cottage in the Wyre forest Coopers Mill.
2. How safe are the activities?
Our tutors are highly trained and experienced professionals and adhere to the highest standards of safety at all times.
We are an AALA licensed organisation, which means our organisation is regularly checked to ensure our kit, staff training and operational procedures meet professional standards at all times. Please see our health and safety page for license details.
3. How do I book?
The easiest way to book is to contact us either by email or telephone, giving us as much information as you can about what you require.
Please contact us as early as you can, as we get booked up quite far in advance. 0121 675 6395
We will then design an individual programme based on your group size and ability, budget, location and your desired outcomes.
For more information please visit our bookings page.
4. How much does it cost?
The cost depends on your group size, and what activities you require. There are additional costs if you need transport and for entry fees for activities. Contact us with as much information as you can and we will draw up an individual programme and give you a quote.
5. What happens if it rains?
We do our best not to cancel activities and our centres have waterproofs and wellies in case of rain. Please dress sensibly, and remember when it rains it can get very muddy.
Occasionally we will change an outdoor to an indoor activity, such as climbing, if the weather is very bad.
6. What should I wear?
You should wear old clothes and trainers, jeans are not suitable as they get cold when wet.
Please note you may be outside for a long period of time, dress warmly when it is cold and carry suitable sun protection when the sun is out. For more information on what to wear please see our information for young people.
