Educational Visit Leader Training -

We provide information, advice and support for schools and other services regarding the planning and organisation of external visits and activities, endorsed by the Outdoor Education Adviser's Panel. The day course demonstrates good practise and introduces participants to active risk management.

Educational Visits Coordinator Training (EVC) –

Every school is required to have an Educational Visits Co-ordinator (EVC) appointed to ensure the appropriate procedures are carried out for offsite activities and visits.  The day course covers the roles and responsibilities of an EVC, risk and safety management and how the role operates.  This course is endorsed by the Outdoor Education Advisers Panel.

Top Outdoors

Top Outdoors is for use with Primary School children at Key Stage 2.  It uses resource cards to help teachers develop pupils in a range of outdoor and adventurous activities.

The activities are designed to help develop the key outdoor activity skills, including teamwork, trust, communication and planning.

Outdoor Learning Cards

For use with Key Stage 3, this is a resource to help pupils develop their skills in key outdoor activities.

The cards are given out as part of a comprehensive training day, giving full details of how activities should be carried out.

Training Courses

We offer a range of bespoke training courses designed to meet the needs of businesses, using outdoor activities to enhance effectiveness by encouraging team building, promoting leadership skills, and building self-esteem.  Our courses are very practical and can be tailored to suit specified outcomes for each group.
