Bookings and Enquiries
Please check our FAQ page that answers our most common Booking/Enquiries and enquiries.
All our bookings are done through our Tame Valley administrative centre, and we will direct your queries to the centre most suited to your needs.
To Book Activities
You can email, phone or fax with an initial enquiry.
To speed up the process please refer to this website and our FAQ section, before getting in touch.
Please give us as much detail as possible about what you require including dates, group size, age and ability, and your desired activities.
We will assign you a tutor who will put together a suggested programme, along with the cost.
You can then choose to confirm the booking, and can pay by a variety of methods.
To Book Camping
You can email, phone or fax with an initial enquiry.
Please let us know where you would like to book (Burcot/Stables), approximate numbers (group leaders/young people) and requested dates.
You will be then asked to fill in a Campsite Provisional Booking Form that you can return via email, fax or post. You will also be sent a pack of information about your various camping options. Please click the links below to download the information.

We will be in touch with a breakdown of prices for camping, activities, equipment and details of availability; we will then confirm the bookings by email or post and discuss alternative arrangements if necessary. You will be asked to return a confirmation slip to confirm the dates of your booking.
You can organise a pre-visit inspection of the site by contacting the Stables Resource Officer direct on 0121 445 3177 to enable you to carry out risk assessments.
This visit can be arranged at your convenience. The Resource Officer will contact you prior to your visit to check details of arrival etc.
To Book Coopers Mill
Coopers Mill is booked through the Birmingham Outdoor Learning Service’s central admin team. They can be contacted on 0121 303 2646.
All cancellations made within 8 weeks (term time) before the planned visit will be charged the full course amount.
